Ingredients
1/4 cup sugar,
1 tablespoon fennel seeds,
8 peppercorns,
1 tablespoon poppy seeds,
saffron,
6-8 green cardamoms,
3 tablespoons dried rose petals,
6-8 almonds,
1/2 litre milk,
ice cubes,
almond flakes,
pistachio flakes
Method
– Add peppercorns, almonds, saffron, poppy seeds, fennel seeds, green cardamom, rose petals and sugar into a mixer. Grind them well into a powder.
– Add this powder to 1/2 litre milk. Add few ice cubes and blend well with a hand blender.
– Refrigerate the drink at least for 2 hours. Pass it through a sieve while serving. Serve chilled.
