Ingredients
For Pesto Sauce: 2 chopped green chillies,
8 cloves garlic,
1 tbsp walnuts,
1 tbsp pizza seasoning,
1 cup basil leaves,
1/2 cup coriander leaves,
1 tsp sugar,
1 tsp vinegar,
Salt,
2 tbsp olive oil
For Pizza: 1 tbsb olive oil,
2 onions cut lengthwise,
1/2 tsp sugar,
6″ Wheat Pizza Base,
Mozzarella cheese (grated),
Green bell pepper,
Red bell pepper,
Tomatoes (sliced),
Black Olives Pizza seasoning
Method
Grind green chillies, garlic, walnuts, pizza seasoning, basil leaves, coriander leaves, sugar, vinegar, salt, olive oil into smooth pesto paste – In a heated pan of oil add onions and fry till it shrinks and turns brown completely – Add sugar and let it melt. Once done turn off the flame and pour it in a bowl. – Apply pesto sauce on wheat pizza bread, consecutively add mozzarella cheese, grilled onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, olives, pizza seasoning and let it bake in a 10 mins pre-heated oven at 180 c – Bake it till the cheese melts and the pizza turn little brown – While the pizza is hot brush some olive oil and put some basil leaves on top – Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese and serve hot.
