Ingredients
Mashed Potatoes 4 potatoes,
peeled 2 cloves of garlic,
1 cup milk,
2 tbsp butter,
Salt
& pepper as required
Finely chopped parsley
Method
– In a pot add potatoes along with water, garlic and pinch of salt.
– Boil the potatoes till they are tender.
– Check on the potatoes after 20 to 25 minutes.
– Drain the excess water.
– Mash the potatoes the way you feel comfortable.
– Add milk, pepper, butter and salt to taste.
– Cook it on a low flame till you get the required consistency.
– Garnish it with freshly chopped parsley.
