Ingredients

– ½ cup of Almonds
– ½ cup of pistachios
– ¼ cup of cashew nuts
– 1 tbsp of cardamom powder
– 4 tsp of nutmeg powder
– 1/8 of saffron stands
– 1 ltr of milk
– Sugar to taste

Method

– Grind the nuts together
– Almonds, pistachios, cashew nuts, cardamom powder,nutmeg powder and saffron stands until you get a proper powder
– Boil the milk and add few tbsp of the powder, sugar to taste.
– Let the milk boil for 5-6 minutes.
– Masala Milk is ready to be served.
