For Boiling –
150 gms Soya Chunks
100 gms Soya Granules
Water (as required)
2-inch Cinnamon Stick
3–4 Green Cardamoms
2 Black Cardamoms
4-5 Cloves
Salt (as per taste)
For Marination –
Salt (as per taste)
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Cumin Powder
2 tsp Tandoori Masala
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
1½ tbsp Gram Flour
1 cup Curd
Coriander Leaves (as required)
2 tbsp Mustard Oil
For Masala
2 tbsp Mustard Oil
1 tbsp Ghee
3 Bay Leaves
1 tsp Carom Seeds
2½ Onions (chopped)
2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
4 Tomatoes (pureed)
Salt (as per taste)
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Cumin Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
Coriander Leaves (as required)
For Final Cooking
Reserved Stock Water
1 tbsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves (Kasuri Methi)
2 Green Chillies (broken)
1 cup Milk
For Finishing
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
1 Green Capsicum (diced)
½ tsp Garam Masala
1 tbsp Ghee
Fresh Cream (as required)
