Exotic Vegetable Pakoda | Easy Pakoda Recipe | Crispy Kisse With Smita Deo

In this episode, Chef Smita Deo brings an interesting pakoda recipe using a bunch of exotic vegetables & of course, the Tata Sampann low oil absorb pakoda mix. Ingredients

Tata Sampann pakoda mix
5 baby corns
½ a zucchini sliced
½ cm 10 asparagus tips
10 okras
1 lotus stem grated
2 medium onions finely chopped
2 green chillies finely chopped
½ cup of coriander finley chopped
Oil

Method

for frying In a bowl take the grated lotus stem, onions, green chillies and the coriander and mix well Sprinkle some pakoda mix on the above mixture and mix well
and make small tiny balls and fry them golden With the remaining pakaoda mix add some water a
nd make a thick batter Dip the rest of the vegetables in the batter
and fry them crisp Serve with a hot and sweet sauce!
