250 gms – Baby Potatoes (boiled & peeled)
1½ tbsp – Oil (for sautéing potatoes)
¼ cup – Fresh Coconut (grated)
2 – Kashmiri Red Chillies (boiled)
½ tsp – Coriander-Cumin Seed Powder
¼ tsp – Asafoetida
½ tsp – Raw Mango Powder
Salt (as per taste)
2 tbsp – Oil (for cooking masala)
1 inch – Cinnamon Stick
4 – Cloves
1 – Bay Leaf
3 – Cardamoms
7-8 – Peppercorns
3 – Onions (sliced)
1 tbsp – Ginger Paste
1 tbsp – Garlic Paste
2 – Green Chillies (broken)
1½ cups – Spinach Leaves (chopped)
2 – Tomatoes (chopped)
2 tbsp – Cashew Nuts (chopped)

Juice of ½ a – Lemon
½ cup – Water
2 cups – Cooked Rice
Ghee (for drizzling)
