3 Medium Onions (chopped)
15–20 Garlic Cloves (peeled)
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt (as per taste)
2–3 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
10–15 Curry Leaves
4–5 Dried Red Chillies
½ tsp Coriander Seeds (crushed)
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
2 bunches Spinach Leaves (shredded)
