Ingredients

250 gms / 1 & half cup of roasted peanuts
1/4 cup / 25gms of sesame seeds
3/4th cup / 75 gms of dry coconut
Few curry leaves
2 tbsp of roasted chana dal
4 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp of cumin seeds powder
4 tsp of red chilli powder
1 tsp of Asafoetida powder
1 tsp of sugar
11/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of tamarind

Method

– Roast the sesame seeds and dry coconuts in different pans
– In a bowl add roasted peanuts, roasted dry coconut with curry leaves, roasted sesame seeds, roasted chana dal,coriander powder,cumin seeds powder,red chilli powder, Asafoetida powder, sugar, salt and tamarind
– Grind it all into batches and
the peanut chutney is ready to be served!
