300 gms – Cauliflower Florets
2 tbsp – Mustard Oil
¼ cup – Curd
1 tsp – Onion Seeds
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
1½ tbsp – Mustard Oil
1 – Onion (chopped)
1 tsp – Ginger-Garlic Paste
2 – Tomatoes (peeled & chopped)
3 – Green Chillies (cut into half)
1 tsp – Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp – Coriander-Cumin Seeds Powder
1 tbsp – Fennel Seeds Powder
1 tbsp – Pickle Masala Powder
½ tsp – Turmeric Powder
½ cup – Capsicum (julienned)
Onion Rings (for garnishing)
Capsicum Julienned (for garnishing)
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Salt (as per taste)
Water (as required)
Achari Masala for Lucknowi achari gobi –
1 tsp – Red Chili Powder
1 tsp – Kalongi
1/2 tsp – Yellow Mustard Seeds
1 tbsp – Fennel Seeds
1tsp – Coriander Seeds
Roast the whole spices add red chilli powder and grind every thing into a fine powder.
Use 1 tbsp of this masala
