Ingredients

For Stuffing –
2 tbsp Gram Flour (besan)
8–10 Apple Gourd / Tinda (washed & slit)
Salt (as per taste)
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 tsp Coriander Seeds Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tsp Dried Pomegranate Powder (amchur/anardana)
2 tbsp Curd
1 tbsp Mustard Oil

For Cooking Tinda –
Stuffed Tinda (prepared above)

For Masala / Gravy –
1 tbsp Mustard Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Fennel Seeds
½ cup Fresh Garlic (chopped)
1 cup Onions (chopped)
Salt (as per taste)
4 Tomatoes (pureed)
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Coriander Seeds Powder
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
½ tsp Cumin Powder
Water (as required)

For Finishing
1 tbsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves (kasuri methi, roasted & crushed)
2–3 tbsp Fresh Cream
Coriander Leaves (for garnishing)
