– 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
– Salt
– 2 Cups Water
– 3-4 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
– 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
– 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
For Tadka
– Ghee
– 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
– 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
– 1/2 tsp Asafoetida
– 8-10 Curry Leaves
– 1 Green Chilli
For Chawal ( Jeera Rice )
– 2 tbsp Ghee
– 2 tsp Cumin Seeds
– 2 Bay Leaves
– 1 cup Kolam Rice (Washed & Soaked)
– 2 cups Water
– 1 tsp Salt
