Ingredients
Ingredients for chutney:
– 3-4 Dried red chilies
– 1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds
– 10 -12 Garlic Cloves
– 3 Tbsp Water
Ingredients for Phulki:
– 1 cup gram flour
– Salt as required
– 1/2 tsp baking soda
– Water as required
Tempering:
– 1 Tbsp Emami Healthy & Tasty Refined Rice Bran Oil
– 1 Tbsp Cumin powder
– 1 small onion sliced
– 2 Tbsp Coriander leaves
– Green Chillies (Slit)
– 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds

Method
Method to Make Flavour Chutney
Grind the red chilies along with cumin seeds and few garlic cloves
add water and grind it.
Method for Dahi Mix
Mix yogurt, the prepared flavored chutney, and salt
Add little water and mix it well
Refrigerate it for 15-20mins
Method for Phulki
Add Gram Flour, Baking soda and salt
Add the prepared flavor chutney to the mixture and mix it.
Add water to prepare the batter
Add oil to the pan and heat it
Add heated oil to the batter
Add the prepared batter in the oil, increase the heat and wait for it to turns yellowish-brown
Once done remove the excess oil
Method for Dahi Phulki
Add the Phulki to the prepared Dahi mix.
Garnish it with onions, Chillies, cumin seeds, coriander leaves, and fried mustard and serve it
