Ingredients
Potatoes
Iced Water
½ tsp. Salt
Method
1. Make thin slices of the potatoes on a slicer and soak them in salted ice water for 10 minutes.
2. Now pat dry them on a kitchen towel and leave them be for at least 10 minutes.
3. Once dried, fry the potato slices in hot oil on medium flame.
4. Take them out on a paper towel once the sizzling sound subsides.
5. Sprinkle a pinch of salt while hot on every batch and mix well.
6. Store in an airtight container.
