Ingredients

1 – cup Mixed Pulses (Green Moong, Moth Beans, Red Chickpeas, White Peas) (soaked & boiled)
3 – Potatoes (boiled & peeled)
1 – Onion (chopped)
½ cup – Coriander Leaves (chopped)
1-2 tbsp – Rice Flour
1 tsp – Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp – Chaat Masala
½ tsp – Garam Masala Powder
4 – Garlic Cloves (chopped)
Salt (as per taste)
Water (as required)
Oil (for brushing)
