For the Veggie Mix
3–4 garlic cloves (peeled & chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
1 cup assorted vegetables
1 cup broccoli florets (blanched)
1 cup button mushrooms (chopped)
1 cup spinach leaves (chopped)
1–2 tbsp gunpowder podi (molgapodi)
2 tbsp ghee
Salt (as per taste)
For the Ragi Sauce
2 tbsp ghee
2 tbsp ragi flour
1 cup milk
Salt (as per taste)
Water (as required)
For Baking
1 cup mozzarella cheese (cubes)
Mozzarella cheese (grated, as needed)
Bake at 180°C for ~15 minutes
For Tempering (Tadka)
1 tbsp ghee
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
2–3 dried red chillies
8–10 curry leaves
2–3 green chillies (slit)
½ tsp asafoetida
