Corn Pulao Recipe | How To Make Corn Pulav | Ruchi’s Kitchen

Ingredients

– 1 tbsp Oil
– 1 Onion
– 1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
– Boiled Yellow corns
– 6 Sliced baby corns
– 12 Mushrooms
– 1/2 cup of Tomato Puree
– 1/4 tsp of Coriander & Cumin Seed Powder
– 1 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
– 1/4 tsp of Turmeric
– 1 tsp Garam masala
– Coriander leaves
– Salt
– 3 tbsp Cream
– 1/2 cup Boiled Rice
– 2 cloves
– 1 cinnamon
– 2 cardamom
– 1 bay leaf
– 2 pepper corn
– 2 tbsp ghee
– fried onions

Method

– In a pan heat some oil add the onions, ginger and garlic paste to it.
– Once the onions are caramelized add boiled yellow corns,sliced baby corns, mushrooms, tomato puree and coriander. Add cumin seed powder, red chilli Powder, turmeric, garam masala, coriander leaves and salt
– Cook the vegetables for five minutes then add some cream
– Turn off the flame.
– Boil the rice and add cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaf and pepper corn and salt and drain it
– Layer the baking dish with vegetables and rice
– Sprinkle ghee on top and some fried onions
– Cover it with aluminum foil and keep it in a pre heated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes
– Corn Pulav is ready to be served!
