Ingredients
¼ tsp pepper powder,
½ tsp garam masala,
1 tsp garlic paste,
½ tsp ginger chilli paste,
2 tbsp cashew nut powder,
2 tbsp cornflour,
1 lemon juice,
½ tsp dry oregano,
2 potatoes boiled and mashed,
1 cup corn boiled and half crushed,
2 slices of bread crumbs,
grated cheese Semolina(rawa),
coriander leaves Salt
Method
– Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except semolina.
-Prepare flat round tikkis and roll in semolina.
-Pierce a candy stick in the center.
-Deep fry the lollipops with the candy stick till brown.
-Remove the lollipops on a tissue and serve hot with coriander mint chutney .
NOTE: The flat round tikkis should not be very thick or they tend to taste raw inside.
