Ingredients
– 1/2 Cup Semolina
– 1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips
– 1/2 Cup Sugar
– 1 Cup Milk
– 1 Tbsp Vanilla Essence
– 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
– 1 Tbsp Ghee (Clarified Butter)
– 3/4 Cup Water Garnish
– 3 Tbsp Walnuts, Almonds, Raisins
– 1 tsp vanilla essence
Method
– In a pan add milk and cocoa powder whisk it so that no lumps are formed and add water and put the mixture on low flame
– Once the mixture starts boiling add dark chocolate & mix it until it melts continuously
– Heat ghee in a pan, add semolina and roast it for 4-5 minutes and keep stirring
– Add the chocolate mixture to the semolina
– Add sugar and keep stirring the whole mixture
– Cook until the water dries out – Garnish it with almonds, walnuts, raisins and vanilla essence
Chocolate Sheera is ready to be served!
