Ingredients
15 Dates, soaked for 4 hours and deseeded
Fresh Coconut Milk
1 Avocado
3 tsp. Cocoa Powder
½ tsp. Vanilla Extract
Method
– In a mixer/grinder, grind together the dates and the coconut milk to a fine paste.
– Add the avocado, cocoa powder and vanilla extract.
– Churn again, refrigerate for 2 hours and serve. Nutritious and healthy Chocolate Mousse is ready to eat!
