Ingredients

80g Melted Butter
180g Condensed Milk
30g Yogurt
Few drops of Vanilla Essence
160g melted Dark Chocolate (54% dark chocolate)
125g All Purpose Flour
¼th tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Baking Powder
50g Chocolate Cubes / Chips
Soft butter and flour for dusting the mould

Method

– Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius
– Lightly butter and flour a 8 by 8 square mould
– In a big bowl whisk together melted butter and condensed milk
– Add yogurt and vanilla essence to the butter mix and whisk again
– Pour melted dark chocolate and gently mix with a spatula
– Sieve the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder and baking soda) into the wet ingredients and fold gently
– Add the chocolate cubes / chips and mix well.
– Pour this brownie mix in the prepared mould and place it in the preheated oven for 20 minutes
– Check if the brownie is done with a toothpick (it should come out clean)
– Once cooled down, use a thin knife to loosen the sides and demould on a plate.
– Cut it into desired number of pieced and serve with your favorite ice-cream and hot chocolate sauce
For Chocolate sauce
– Mix 100 g or melted dark chocolate with 100ml of warm cream
