(Serves 2)
– Kneaded Pizza Dough
– Refined flour
– 1/2 cup Pizza sauce
– Thyme
– 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
– 3 tbsp water
– 2 tbsp Refined flour
– 1 cup Bread crumbs
– Emami Healthy and Tasty Rice Bran Oil
Method
Method:
1. Take the kneaded pizza dough and roll it out slightly into cylindrical shape on some refined flour
2. Now cut the dough into marble-sized balls
3. Take a marble-sized ball and roll it into a flat disk of around 2 inches in diameter, with the help of some flour
4. Now, put pizza sauce, thyme, and mozzarella cheese on the flat-rolled dough; close it by applying water on all sides, and keep it aside.
5. Do the same with all the remaining marble shaped dough
6. Now, To make slurry take some water in the refined flour and mix it
7. Put the round-shaped unfried pizza bomb into the slurry, coat it well and drop it into the bread crumbs
8. Do this with all the remaining balls and keep it inside the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes
9. Now, To deep fry, Take Emami healthy and tasty rice bran oil, put it in the frying pot and heat it
10. Drop the pizza balls into the hot Emami Healthy and Tasty Oil and deep fry it.
11. Once they turn golden brown, remove it and place it in a plate above kitchen paper, to drain out excess oil
