6 tbsp – Whole Wheat Flour
A pinch of Turmeric Powder
A pinch of Asafoetida
A pinch of Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Oil
Water (as required)
Salt (as per taste)
For the Shaak (Gravy) 👇
½ cup – Brown Chickpeas (soaked & boiled)
1 tsp – Ghee
1 tsp – Carom Seeds
1 tsp – Cumin Seeds
¼ tsp – Asafoetida
¼ tsp – Turmeric Powder
½ tsp – Garam Masala Powder
½ tsp – Chaat Masala
¼ tsp – Red Chilli Powder
¼ tsp – Black Salt
½ tsp – Cumin Seeds Powder
3-4 – Kokum Petals
3-4 – small cubes of Jaggery
1½ cups Water
