– Water
– 1 tbsp Oil
– 1 cup Gobindobhog Rice
– 1/2 tsp Oil
– 1/2 cup Cauliflower Florets
– 2 Potatoes (diced)
– 1 tbsp Oil
– 2 Bay Leaves
– 2 Green Cardamoms
– 1 Cinnamon Stick
– 3 Cloves
– 2 Dried Red Chillies
– 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
– 4 cups Water
– 1 tbsp Ghee
– 1 tsp Ginger, Garlic & Green Chilli Paste
– 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
– 1 tsp Bengali Garam Masala
– 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
– Water
– 2 Green Chillies
– 1 Tomato (chopped)
– 1 tsp Sugar
– Salt
– 2 tbsp Ghee
