2 cups of peanuts
1 cup of sago/sabudana (soaked in water)
½ cup of peanut powder
salt to taste
11/2 or 2 tsp of sugar
2 tbsp of ghee
5 spicy green chillies
2 medium size boiled potatoes
coriander leaves
METHOD:
Roast the peanuts on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
Grind it into nice course powder.
In a bowl add soaked sago, peanut powder, salt, sugar and mix it well
In a pan add ghee, green chillies and boiled potatoes and let the potato cook properly
Add the sago and cook it properly
Cover the lid and let it cook on low flame
Sabudana Khichdi is ready to be served
Garnish it with coriander leaves
