Ingredients
½ – cup Split Green Gram (washed)
1 – cup Short Grain Rice (washed)
1 – cup Green Peas
1 – Carrot (diced)
1 – tbsp Ghee
1 – tbsp Oil
1 – tsp Mustard Seeds (for the first step)
½ tsp – Mustard Seeds (for the second step)
1 tsp – Cumin Seeds (for the first step)
½ tsp – Cumin Seeds (for the second step)
7-8 – Curry Leaves
2 – Dried Red Chillies
1 – Onion (roughly cut)
1 tbsp – Ginger-Garlic & Green Chillies (crushed)
½ tsp – Asafoetida
1 tsp – Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp – Turmeric Powder
Juice of ½ a Lemon
Salt (as per taste)
Water (as required)
1 tbsp – Mango Pickle
Hung Curd (as required)
Bake for 10 mins. at 200℃
