Ingredients
Flavors – Kala Khatta
khas & rose Ice Cubes
Plastic glasses
Wooden stick
Chaat Masala
Lime juice
Method
Take 3 different types of syrup Kala Khatta, khas & rose. In a mixer add the ice cubes and grind it. Keep stirring the ice. To shape the gola add the crushed ice in a plastic glass, press it with the help of a fork and insert a stick in the middle of the ice. Keep it in a refrigerator for some time. After you take the glass out of the refrigerator unmold it and sprinkle some chaat masala and lime juice on it. Now pour some kala khatta syrup on it and your kala khatta gola is ready. Keep it in serving glass and add some more kala khata syrup. Repeat the same process for the other gola as well.
