Ingredients
For the Yogi Dal:
250 g Split Green Gram (Moong Dal), soaked
1 cup Diced Carrot
1 cup Diced Radish
1 cup Cauliflower Florets
1 cup Diced Bottle Gourd
1 tbsp Ghee
1–2 tsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
Warm Water (as required)
For the Black Rice:
1 cup Black Rice, soaked
Water (as required)
Rock Salt to taste
Flaxseed Oil (as required)
To Finish:
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Crushed Black Pepper
Chopped Coriander Leaves (with stems)
