Ingredients
– 1 beetroot
– 1/2 bottlegourd
– small piece of ginger
– 1 carrot
– 1 cup of kale leaves
– ½ cup of mint leaves
– 2 cups of spinach leaves
– juice of 1 lime
Method
– In the juicer add beetroot and squeeze the juice of it.
– Add bottlegourd, small piece of ginger and squeeze the juice out of it.
– Squeeze out carrot juice.
– Add all the green leaves which include kale leaves, mint leaves, spinach leaves and squeeze out the juice.
– Squeeze in some lemon juice into the vegetable juice.
– Pour the juice in the glass and the vegetable juice is ready.
