1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 pinch of Asafoetida (hing)
1 Onion (chopped)
1 Green Chilli (chopped)
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 Tomatoes (pureed)
500 gms Bottle Guard (peeled & chopped)
1 & 1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Water
Coriander Leaves (for garnish)

How To Make Bhindi Do Pyaaza – 2:28
3 tbsp Oil
500 gms Lady Finger
1 Onion (cut into petals)
3 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Carom Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Onion (finely chopped)
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Curd
1 tsp Salt

How To Make Karela Fry – 4:56
300 gms Bitter Gourd
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Rice Flour
Oil (for frying)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
1 tsp Chaat Masala

How To Make Aamras – 6:50
3 Mangoes
3 tbsp Powdered Sugar
1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
1 cup Water
Almonds (chopped)
Pistachios (chopped)

How To Make Kachumber Salad – 8:10
1 cup Cucumber (peeled & chopped)
1 cup Tomatoes (chopped)
1 Onion (chopped)
1 tbsp Green Capsicum (chopped)
1 Green Chilli (chopped)
7 – 8 Mint Leaves (chopped)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)

How To Make Raw Mango Chutney – 9:12
1 Raw Mango (peeled & chopped)
1/2 cup Mint Leaves
2 Green Chillies
1 tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Black Salt
1 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
5 tbsp Water

How To Make Masala Chaas – 9:59
1/4 cup Mint Leaves
1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
2 Green Chillies
1 tsp Black Salt
1 pinch of Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Curd
2 cups Curd
2 cups Water
