Ingredients

Ingradients:
5 Medium Sized Potatoes (Boiled and Coarsely Mashed) Few Curry Leaves
8 – 10 Cloves of Garlic
1 Big Piece of Ginger
5 Green Chillies Coriander Leaves
1/2 Tsp – Mustard Seeds
1&1/2 Tbsp of Oil
1&1/2 Cup Gram Flour Pinch – Turmeric Powder Pinch – Asafoetida (Hing) Pinch – Salt Pinch – Soda Bicarbonate
1 Tbsp – Cornflour
1/2 Tsp – Red Chilly Powder
5 – 6 Breads Coriander Mint Chutney Spicy Garlic Chutney

Method

Method: – Grind the aromatics i,e, Chillies, Ginger, Garlic – Heat 1&1/2 Tbsp of oil in a pan – Add Mustard Seeds & wait for them to crackle – Add Asafoetida & Curry Leaves, Ginger, Garlic & Chilli Paste, Mashed Potatoes, Turmeric, salt (to taste) & Coriander Leaves and mix evrything well and cook for some more time. – Remove the potato Filling in different bowl and let it cool – Heat Oil in a Pan – Mix Gram Flour, Cornflour, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilly Powder, Asafoetida, Salt, Water, Soda Bicarbonate & Hot Oil in a bowl and mix well all the Ingredients so as to to make a smooth paste (not thick paste) – Make small balls of Potato fillings – Dip Potato balls in the smooth paste – Deep Fry the potato balls till golden brown – Cut the Bread into two halves – Add Coriander Mint Chutney & Spicy Garlic Chutney on both the sides of the bread – Place the Batata Vada in th centre of the bread & Close the bread – Serve Hot with Some More Coriander Mint Chutney, Spicy Garlic Chutney & Green Chillies Share on Facebook – http://goo.gl/n6Ij9v Tweet about this – http://goo.gl/t5M8sm Subscribe & Stay Tuned – http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=rajshrifood For more videos log onto http://www.youtube.com/rajshrifood Find us on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/rajshrifood Follow us on google plus https://plus.google.com/b/114588487895582397530/114588487895582397530/posts / plus.google.com/+rajshrifood
