100 gms Processed Cheese
1 tbsp Hung Curd
1-2 tbsp Gram Flour (roasted)
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic & Green Chilli Paste
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp Sugar
Salt (as per taste)
Oil (as required)
1 tbsp Fresh Cream
¼ cup Fresh Cream
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
1 tbsp Mustard Oil
Salt (as per taste)
A pinch of Cardamom Seeds (crushed)
Black Pepper Powder (as per taste)
8-10 Soya Chaap (cut into pieces)
1 Capsicum & Onion (cut into cubes)
1 tsp Mustard Oil
½ Onion (cut into cubes)
½ Capsicum (cut into cubes)
Butter (for garnishing)
Dried Fenugreek Leaves (for garnishing)
Coriander Leaves (for garnishing)
