Sev Ki Sabzi – How To Make Sev Bhaji – Quick Five Minutes Gujarati Recpe By Ruchi Bharani

Ingredients

2 Tomatoes Peeled & Chopped,
1 Onion Finely Chopped,
1 Green Chilli Finely Chopped,
Lemon Juice,
1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder,
1/2 Tsp Coriander & Cumin Seed Powder,
1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder,
1 Tbsp Oil,
1 Tsp Mustard Seeds,
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds,
1/4 Tsp Asafoetida,
Salt To Taste,
Coriander Leaves,
1/2 Bhavnagari Gathia,
Jaggery To Taste (Optional)

Method

Heat oil in a pan. – Once the oil is hot, add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves, chopped green chillies and onions. Cook the onion slightly but make sure that they do not turn brown. – Add the tomatoes to the above ingredients and saute. – Add salt to taste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander and cumin seed powder and coriander leaves and cook until the tomatoes are soft. – Add water. – Add the jaggery and lime juice and mix well. – The gravy / rassa is ready. – Pour it in the serving bowl. – Serve it with Bhavnagri Gathiyas of your choice and some coriander leaves. – The delicious sev ki sabzi is ready to be served.
