Ingredients
Veg Thali Ingredients:
Shahi Paneer
2 Onions ( chopped)
2 Tomatoes (chopped)
½ a cup Cashews (soaked)
1/4th cup almonds (soaked)
2 tbsp Melon Seeds (soaked)
1 tsp ghee
2 tbsp Oil
200 gms of paneer cubes
1 bay leaf,
1 tsp of Cumin Seeds,
2 Cloves,
¼ tsp of Turmeric powder,
½ tsp of Cinnamon powder
½ tsp of Cardamom powder,
1 tsp of Kashmiri Red Chilli powder,
1 tsp of Ginger-Garlic paste.
1 tsp of Salt,
1 tbsp of sugar,
And ½ a cup of Fresh Cream.
Dried Fenugreek Leaves
Veg Tawa Fry
Oil (for frying)
100 gms of Paneer cubes.
2 Potatoes (chopped)
1 Carrot (chopped)
6-7 Cauliflower Florets
And 6-7 French Beans (chopped)
2 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Butter
1 Bay Leaf
2 Green Cardamom Pods
1 tsp of Cumin Seeds,
1 Green Chili (chopped)
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste,
½ a tsp of turmeric powder,
1 tsp of Coriander Powder,
1 tsp of cumin powder,
1 tsp of Kashmiri Red Chili powder,
1 tsp of Garam Masala,
And 1 tsp of Dry Mango powder.
½ a cup of Tomato Puree,
And 2 tsp of salt.
Pink Raita
2 cups Curd
1 Beetroot (grated)
1 Carrot,
1 Green Chilli,
1 tsp of Cumin powder
1 tsp of Red chilli powder,
1 tbsp of Sugar,
1 tsp of Salt,
1 tbsp of Green Coriander Leaves.
Vermicelli kheer
2 tsp of ghee.
2 tbsp of almonds (chopped)
2 tbsp Cashews (chopped)
1 tbsp of Raisins.
½ cup of Vermicelli (roasted)
½ a liter of Boiled Milk,
8 Saffron Strands
⅓ rd cup of milkmaid
¼ tsp of Cardamom powder,
And 1 tbsp of Charoli or Chironji seeds.
Dry fruits
Navratan Pulao
Oil (for frying)
2 Potatoes (peeled and chopped)
1 Carrot – peeled and chopped,
200 gms of Cauliflower florets.
2 tbsp Ghee
7-8 Cashews,
And 5-6 Almonds – sliced,
2 tbsp Raisins,
5-6 black Peppercorns,
½ a tsp of Cumin Seeds,
2 Bay Leaves,
2 Cloves.
100 gms of Paneer Cubes
6-7 French Beans (chopped)
½ a cup of Green Peas,
1 cup of Basmati Rice (washed)
2 tsp of Salt,
1 tsp of Lemon Juice,
1 ½ cup Water.
Masala Puri
2 cups Whole Wheat Flour,
½ a cup Gram Flour or Besan,
¼th cup Rava,
1 tsp of Kasuri Methi,
1 tsp of Coriander powder,
1 tsp of Cumin powder,
1 tsp of Red Chilli powder,
¼ tsp of Turmeric powder,
1 tsp of Carom Seeds or Ajwain,
1½ tsp of Salt,
2 tbsp of Green Coriander Leaves,
And 2 tbsp of Oil.
½ a cup of Water
Oil (For Frying)
