Ingredients
1 cup Purple Yam, steamed
½ cup Potato, steamed
2 tbsp. Cashew Powder
3 tbsp. Desicated Coconut
Salt
Black Pepper
Wheat Flour
For Green Chilli Paste:-
½ cup Coriander Leaves
1 Green Chilli
2 tbsp. Groundnut
4-5 Garlic cloves
Method
– In a bowl mash the purple yam and potato together.
– In a mixer/grinder, grind all the green chilli paste ingredients to a smooth paste.
– Add the green chilli paste to the mashed potatoes and purple yam.
– Now add cashew powder, desicated coconut, salt and black pepper. Mix well.
– Make kabab shapes of the mixture as shown in the video.
– Apply wheat flour to the kababs.
– Grease a pan and fry the kababs on it until brown in colour. Purple Yam Kababs are ready to eat!
