Ingredients
– 250gms of chopped Bitter Chocolate
– ½ cup of cream
– Butter
– Digestive biscuits and chocolate biscuits
– Roasted almond
– Roasted walnuts
– Cranberries
– Pistachios
Method
– Micro wave the bitter chocolate and cream together for40-45 secs
– Add butter to the mixture and whisk it ans keep aside.
– Crumble the biscuits and add the roasted nuts to add, after mixing them up add the melted chocolate
– In a baking tin spread the mixture and refrigerate it for one hour
– Whisk together Melted Cream and Chocolate and let it cool down for 10-15mins
– Pour the ganache on top of the cake
– Refrigerate for one and half hour
– Once the cake is all set, garnish it with pistachios
Cake is ready to be served!
