Oil (for frying)

To Make Coconut Chutney
1/2 cup Fresh Coconut (chopped)
3 Green Chillies
1 inch Ginger
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
Salt (as per taste)
1/4 cup Water
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 Dried Red Chilli
