Ingredients
Ingredients:
1 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Asafoetida
1 tsp Cumin seeds
4 Curry leaves
1 tbsp Garam Masala
1 tbsp Ginger & Chilli paste
1/4 cup Onions, chopped
Salt
1 cup Moong Dal, soaked and boiled
2 tbsp Oats flour
2 tbsp Coriander leaves
Method
Method of preparation:
In a pan, heat oil, add asafoetida, cumin seeds, curry leaves, garam masala, ginger & chilli paste, salt and fry them.
In a bowl of moong dal, add the masala, oats flour, coriander, salt, mix them well and mash your moong dal while mixing.
Take a portion of the mixture and form tikki’s.
Place the tikki’s on the tray and bake it at 200 degree Celsius for 10-12 minutes.
Our Baked Moong Dal Tikki is ready.
