Ingredients

“Veg Satay with Peanut Sauce Ingredients:
1 Onion(chopped)
¼ inch Ginger(chopped)
½ inch Galangal(chopped)
3 Garlic Cloves
1 Lemongrass Stock(chopped)
½ tsp Fennel Seeds
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Coriander Seeds Powder
½ tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
3 tbsp Oil
Salt
½ cup Jaggery
200 gms Paneer

For Peanut Sauce
½ cup Peanuts (roasted)
5 – 6 Dried Red Chillies (soaked)
1 Onion(chopped)
1 Lemongrass Stock(chopped)
4 Garlic Cloves
½ inch Galangal
A pinch of Salt
3 – 4 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Tamarind Pulp
2 tbsp Jaggery
½ cup Water
Oil
