1 cup Water
1 Pack Noodles
Maggi Magic Masala
1 Carrot (chopped)
1/2 cup Cabbage (chopped)
1 tbsp Corn Flour
Oil for Frying

For Sauce
1 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Garlic & Ginger (chopped)
2 Green Chillies (chopped)
1/2 Capsicum (chopped)
1 Onion (chopped)
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
2 tbsp Chilli Sauce
1/2 cup Water
1 tsp Corn Flour
Spring Onions (chopped)


Method: Let’s start with heating up the Water, then add Pack Noodles, Maggi Magic Masala. Next, stir it properly till water it dried out, then add Carrot (chopped), Cabbage (chopped) mix it well together. Now turn off the flame then remove it on the bowl and let it cool down. After cooling down add Corn Flour, Salt then again mix it together. Next, make the balls for which take the portion and make a round ball (as shown in the video). Next, fry the balls in the pan with the Oil and take it out in the plate after they are done. Now let’s make the Sauce for which add Oil in the Pan and let it heat up, once the Oil is heated add Garlic & Ginger (chopped). Next stir it properly then add Green Chillies (chopped), Capsicum (chopped), Onion (chopped) let it cook for 2 minutes and then add Soy Sauce, Tomato Ketchup, Chilli Sauce.
Next Add Water in the bowl with Corn flour mix it properly then add it in the Pan and let the water boil nicely. Next, add Salt (as per the taste), now add Manchurian balls in the Pan with the Sauce. Next, toss them carefully with all the Mixture. Finally, add Spring Onions (chopped) and mix it again. Now your Maggie Manchurian is ready to serve.
