1 Carrot (peeled & chopped)
1 Potato (peeled & chopped)
½ cup Cauliflower Florets
¼ cup Fresh Green Peas
1 Onion (chopped)
2 Green Chillies (chopped)
1½ Tomatoes (chopped)
3 cups Spinach Leaves (blanched & pureed)
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Coriander Seed Powder
1 tbsp Oil
1 cube of Butter
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 Bay Leaves
5-6 Peppercorns
½ inch Cinnamon Stick
2 Cloves
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
½ tsp Sugar
Salt (as per taste)
