Ingredients

2 karela/bitter gourd thinly sliced
10 -12 bhindi/okra thinly sliced
1 raw banana thinly sliced
1 sweet potato thinly sliced
Oil to fry
Salt to taste
2 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp Chaat masala

Method

– Chop all the veggies
– bitter gourd,okra,sweet potato and raw banana very thinly.
– In a bowl add the karela/bitter gourd, cornflour and mix well.
– In a pan heat some oil then fry the veggies one by one until they turn crisp and golden.
– Place them into tissue paper so that it soaks oil
– Repeat the same procedure for all the veggies and then sprinkle some salt and chat masala over the veggies.
– Kurkure Vegetables is ready to be served!
