1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tbsp Fennel Seeds
2 tbsp Coriander Seeds
2 tbsp White Sesame Seeds
6 Cloves
2 Green Cardamom
1-inch Cinnamon Stick
1/4 Dry Coconut (roughly chopped)
1 tbsp Poppy Seeds
8-10 Dry Red Chillies
9 Garlic Cloves
1 inch Ginger
For Matki Misal
4 cups Water
1 & 1/2 cup Sprouted Matki
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Salt
For Misal Gravy
6 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Jeera
1/2 tsp Asafoetida
2 Onions (finely chopped)
2 Tomatoes (finely chopped)
1 pinch Salt
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 & 1/2 tbsp Salt
Farsan Mixture
Onion (for garnish)
