Ingredients

Ingredients:
– 1/2 litre Full fat Milk
– 1 1/2 cup Water
– 4 tbsp Sugar (for water)
– 5 tbsp Sugar (for milk)
– 2 tsp Corn Flour
– 50 gms Paneer (cottage cheese – grated)

For Preparing Seviyan:
– 1 tbsp Ghee (clarified butter)
– 2 tbsp Almonds (slivered)
– 2 tbsp Pistachios (slivered)
– 2 tbsp Raisins
– 1 1/2 tbsp Ghee (for roasting vermicelli)
– 1 cup Broken Vermicelli
– 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder

For Preparing Rabdi:
– 1 Mango Pulp
– 1 tbsp Pistachio Powder
