Ingredients

3 cups Water,
1 cup ice cubes,
2 tbsp boondi Paste,
1 tsp Amchur powder,
1 tsp Cumin Seed,
1/2 cup Coriander Leaves,
1/2 cup Mint leaves,
1 no. Green chilly,
1 tsp Black Salt,
1/2 cup Raw mango dices with its skin

Method

In a blender jar add raw mangoes, mint leaves, coriander leaves, amchoor powder, green chili, cumin seeds, and black salt. Grind them into a fine paste. Transfer the paste in a deep bowl, add in some ice, salt, water and give it a nice stir. Add in boondi and again give it a nice stir. Our Kachi Kairi ka Pani is ready.
