mustard oil,
onion seeds,
green chillies,
ridge gourd potatoes,
salt,
turmeric,
poppy seed paste,
water

Method

Heat a pan and add mustard oil, onion seeds, green chillies, ridge gourd and potatoes Stir everything properly Add salt and turmeric Cover the pan and let it cook Add poppy seed paste and water then cover the pan and let it cook Jhinge Aloo Poshto is ready to be served.
