Ingredients

• 5 tbsp → Ghee
• 1 tbsp → Mustard Seeds
• 1 tbsp → Cumin Seeds
• 1 tsp → Fenugreek (Methi) Seeds
• 8 nos → Dried Red Chillies (cut into pieces)
• 2 tbsp → Green Chillies (chopped)
• 2 sprigs → Curry Leaves
• ¼ cup → Coriander Leaves (chopped)
• 1 tsp → Asafoetida (Hing)
• 1 tsp → Turmeric Powder
• 1 tbsp → Red Chilli Powder
• 1 tsp → Coriander Seeds (crushed)
• 1 no → Bay Leaf (cut into pieces)
• 1 cup → Gram Flour (Besan, sieved)
• 1 tbsp → Dried Fenugreek Leaves (Kasuri Methi)
• 3 tbsp → Salt

To Make Kadhi:

• 3 tbsp → Prepared Premix
• 1 cup → Curd
• 4 cups → Water

Mix well (no lumps) and cook until it thickens
