Ingredients

Ingredients:
– 1/2 Kg Raw Papaya
– 1 ltr Water
– 4-5 Drops Pineapple Essence
– Food Colour

Ingredients for sugar syrup:
– 500 ml Water
– 1 1/4 cups Sugar

Method

Method:
– Start with boiling water in a pot
– Peel green raw papaya; cut it and take out the thin layer of inside
– Cut the papayas into small and tiny cubes
– Add these tiny papaya cubes into boiling water
– Boil it for around 10 minutes, and after that, drain out the excess water and keep the papaya cubes aside
– Now, in a different pan, heat water and add sugar
– Once the syrup starts boiling, add tiny papaya cubes which was kept aside, to it
– Stir it and cook it for around 10 minutes, till the papaya cubes become completely transparent
– Switch off the flame and add pineapple essence to the mix
– Mix it and take it out in a 3 different bowl
– Add 2 drops of food color of your choices in each bowl
– Let the papaya cubes soak in sugar syrup overnight
