Ingredients

1 & 1/2 cup wheat flour,
1 tbsp oil,
salt,
2 tbsp milk,
Water,
Oil for deep frying

Method

– Put wheat flour, oil, milk and mix everything well.
– Add water to it occasionally as per need to knead the mixture make a hard dough.
– Apply some more oil to the dough, knead well and keep it to rest for another 15 – 20 mins
– Make small balls of the dough and roll them in not too thin base on a rolling board by using a rolling pin after oiling the rolling utensils
– Deep fry the puri / poori on both sides in medium hot oil and the dish is ready to be served
