Ingredients
For Dough – 250gms or 1 ¾ th of plain flour
– 1 tsp of salt
– 1 tsp of sugar
– 1 tsp of baking soda
– 1 tsp of baking powder
– 2 tbsp of oil
– ½ cup of plain yogurt
– 2-3 tbsp of water Seasoning
– Tomato Sauce
– Bell peppers
– Olives
– Mozzarella Cheese
– Oil
– dried oregano
– dried basil
Method
– In a bowl add plain flour, salt, sugar, baking soda, baking powder.
– Now in the center of the dry ingredients add oil, plain yogurt, water and knead the dough properly and let it rest for 20-30 minutes.
– Divide the dough into four equal parts and roll it by using little flour.
– Prick the surface with fork.
– Place the dough on the hot pan.
– Once it’s light brown start seasoning it with tomato sauce, bell peppers, olives and mozzarella cheese
– Pour some oil and now cover the top until the cheese melts.
– Pizza is ready to be served.
